My main forte. As Norman said: “From initial intentions through final reflections, from first usage to help, service, and maintenance”.
From suitable images, typography, space, layout and color, I tend to create interface to optimize UX and drive conversion.
Great process to implement ideas into tangible forms from paper to digital and void costly mistakes in the future.
From low-fi mockups on a peace of paper you can lay out content and functionality on a page which takes into account user needs.
From discovering, exploring, then testing and listening, you can get the sharpest view of a design problem through user research.
Great way to get insight into users, build empathy and reach them emotionally. Awesome to reflect user journeys and problems.
